Healing at the Cellular Level Course
It all began as a 3-Day challenge on a beautiful August day in 2024. Those who joined the live VIP sessions and the Facebook group engaged with one another sharing stories, helpful ideas, and much more. New things came out of the challenge that are included in this “course.” This is a self-paced course you can do anytime. It is suggested that once you begin, be persistent in going through it! The Facebook group is extremely helpful for accountability to each other.
The goal for Healing at the Cellular Level? Bring the spirit, soul, and body into a harmonious “oneness” as you govern your life from a position of Perfect Love so that your entire being resonates with that strongest frequency of Perfect Love. It’s what can positively change you all the way at the cellular level! We practiced this in the challenge through activating the imagination as we sat in a pool of Perfect Love on the throne of our life. From there, Perfect Love overrides and then overwrites negativity.
The result? The more we are consistent with functioning from this place of positive thoughts, intents, and actions that’s all wrapped in Perfect Love, the greater our physical and emotional self functions from a place of rest, peace, joy, and love. THIS is how it’s possible to change your entire being all the way to the cellular level! Practice with patience and perseverance for best results! It all begins with what comes out of our mouth. Our mouth speaks out of the abundance of the heart. One goal in this course is to help you understand the power of words and how to reframe them for better health - spirit, soul, and body.

How to Go Through the Course
Everyone has a busy life. However, if you want to really see positive change in your life, there must be consistency paired with actions and a strong desire. A good question to ask is "how bad do you want to see change?" Put together a workable schedule that you feel is is acheivable and go from there.
Based on feedback from those who took the original challenge, they found the more consistent they were with the assignments, the sooner they saw positive changes in all three areas of their lives - spirit, soul, and body!
You'll be given the opportunity to join a Facebook community where you can work through the course with others. Post your questions and victories there. I'm in the group and often comment, too. The key to success is to get on the path toward your goal and keep moving. If you fall off the path (take a break), get back up and start where you left off.
